Gray can be a useful starting point for fall dressing. A soft sweater or simple dress gives a favorite scarf, bag, or piece of jewelry room to stand out.
Try gray beside cream for a gentle combination, or add a small touch of red or purple if you enjoy color. Mix textures rather than collecting several nearly identical shades. Before buying anything, try the outfit with shoes and a layer you already own. The aim is a comfortable combination you will want to wear again.
